- To perform NYC DOB Local Law 152 gas pipe system inspection and testing in the building as required by NYC DOB.
- To prepare gas piping system period inspection report documenting the results of the inspection.
- To prepare GPS-1 & GPS-2 forms for the management/building ownership to forward to NYC DOB with the required 30/60 day cycle.
PLEASE NOTE: CBB Plumbing is not responsible for submitting the gas piping system period inspection report, this is required from the management/owner. we are not responsible for any fines/fee if owner fails to submit the certificate by the deadline.
